Trade Terms

These outline terms apply to approved trade accounts — retailers, health stores and food businesses. They sit alongside our main Terms & Conditions.

• Accounts & approval. Trade pricing applies once an account is approved.
• Payment. By invoice; payment terms confirmed when your trade account is set up.
• Title & risk. Title passes on full payment; risk on delivery.
• No consumer cancellation rights. Business sales are excluded from consumer-cancellation regulations.
• Resale & compliance. Stockists must present the products as food supplements and not make medicinal claims.
• Liability & governing law. As per the main Terms & Conditions (England & Wales).
